Devotee Agreement & Acceptance
By accessing this website, making a voluntary contribution, or submitting your Name and Gotra for the 1.25 Lakh Narmadeshwar Shivling Maha Sankalp, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Moksh Ichha Purti Shiv Dham(also referred to as “Moksh Mandir”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) is a Hindu religious and spiritual dham situated at Dhanal, 66 Ft Road, Jalandhar, Punjab 144026.
Our online platform facilitates spiritual engagement for devotees across India and globally, including:
Registration for the sacred 1.25 Lakh Narmadeshwar Shivling Maha Sankalp with Name and Gotra recitation.
Voluntary donations for religious sevas (Annadan Seva, Gau Seva, Temple Construction, Daily Rudrabhishek, and Mahashivratri Celebrations).
Devotional darshan updates, audio-visual sacred glimpses, and direct communication via WhatsApp helpline.
2. User Eligibility & Devotee Information
To use our services or submit a sankalp on behalf of yourself or your family:
You must be at least 18 years of age or access the website under the guidance of a parent or legal guardian.
You agree to provide true, accurate, and current information regarding your Name, Gotra, WhatsApp number, and address when submitting forms.
You confirm that any funds contributed belong to you or are authorized by the legal account holder.
All amounts specified on this website (such as the Maha Sankalp contribution of ₹1,100 or seva donations) are denominated in Indian Rupees (INR).
Payment Processing via Razorpay: All electronic transactions are executed securely through our authorized payment partner, Razorpay. By initiating a payment, you agree to comply with Razorpay's terms of service and payment validation protocols.
Transaction Confirmation: Upon successful authorization by your bank/UPI provider, a digital receipt and confirmation message with the transaction reference ID will be generated and shared via WhatsApp, SMS, or Email.
Failed or Pending Transactions: In case amount is debited from your account but the transaction status shows pending or failed due to network glitches, the payment aggregator (Razorpay) will either settle the transaction or auto-refund the sum within standard banking turnaround times (typically 3–5 working days).
4. Faith-Based Spiritual Disclaimer
Devotees are requested to note the spiritual nature of our services:
All pujas, aartis, Narmadeshwar Shivling sankalps, and spiritual sevas are performed in accordance with traditional Sanatan Dharma rituals, Vedic mantras, and devotional customs. Faith, belief, and religious rituals are matter of individual devotion. The Dham, its trustees, and spiritual guides do not guarantee miraculous outcomes, nor should spiritual practices be treated as a substitute for professional medical, legal, or financial advice.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All contents on this website — including the मोक्ष इच्छा पूर्ति शिव धाम logo, visual darshan photographs, temple videos, ritual guides, graphics, text, and layout — are the intellectual property of Moksh Ichha Purti Shiv Dham.
Devotees are permitted to view and share devotional links for personal, non-commercial, and devotional purposes. Commercial reproduction, modification, scraping, or distribution of temple media without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
6. Prohibited User Conduct
When using our platform, you agree not to:
Submit false, misleading, abusive, or fraudulent sankalp information.
Attempt to compromise website security, introduce malicious code, or disrupt server infrastructure.
Use unauthorized payment instruments or engage in fraudulent chargebacks.
Post defamatory, disrespectful, or sacrilegious content regarding the mandir or spiritual beliefs.
7. Limitation of Liability & Force Majeure
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian laws, Moksh Ichha Purti Shiv Dham, its trustees, priests, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from website downtime, payment gateway downtime, telecommunication failures, natural calamities, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of the Republic of India.
In the event of any claim, question, or dispute arising out of or relating to your use of this website, donations, or spiritual services, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through direct communication. If unresolved, the competent courts situated in Jalandhar, Punjab, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
